- The nature of any monetized features will be clearly communicated prior to acceptance of any contribution.
4. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws and payment provider rules.
- Any disputes or concerns will be addressed promptly and fairly.
5. Record Keeping
- Records of all monetization transactions will be securely maintained.
- These records will be made available to Bohemia Interactive upon request for compliance verification.
6. Changes to Monetization
- Any changes to monetization procedures will be communicated to the community before implementation.
- All changes will be reviewed internally to ensure continued compliance with BI policy.
7. Enforcement
- If any monetization activity is determined to breach BI policy, it will be immediately suspended or removed.
- Full cooperation will be given to Bohemia Interactive in any compliance investigation.
